Field Engineer / Project EngineerLocation: Offshore – United StatesStart Date: June 2026 – September 2026Rotation: 4 – 6 weeks on/3 weeks off At Atlas NextWave, we connect experienced professionals with projects that are shaping the future of offshore energy. We are currently supporting a major U.S. offshore wind development and are seeking a Field Engineer / Project Engineer to support the cable lay and installation scope of the project.This position offers the opportunity to work directly within offshore installation operations, ensuring equipment readiness and supporting technical execution on board the vessel. The successful candidate will work closely with offshore teams to help deliver critical infrastructure for one of the fastest-growing sectors in renewable energy.As a Field / Project Engineer, you will support offshore cable installation activities and ensure equipment used during operations is functioning safely and efficiently. You will assist with technical troubleshooting, coordinate with vessel and project teams, and contribute to maintaining operational performance throughout the installation campaign. The role also involves supporting installation procedures, monitoring offshore operations, and contributing to daily reporting and technical documentation.Due to the vessel being US flagged, applicants must meet the following requirements:* US Citizen or Green Card Holder * Valid GWO Certification * HUET or BOSIET * OGUK Medical * Chester Step TestAt Atlas NextWave, we work with leading offshore energy developers and contractors to deliver the talent that powers global renewable energy projects.
