Atlas NextWave are looking for a HSE Coach to join our client’s jack-ups in the North Sea in the next coming weeks. It will be for an ongoing 3/3 rotation.
Job description The objective of the Safety Coaches is to ensure the presence of experienced personnel who can actively coach, guide, and supervise the work execution. The Safety Coaches shall:Be fully dedicated to crew coaching (including upskilling existing supervisors in HSE competencies) and active daily crew supervision, focused on HSE controls.Have extensive offshore experience in leadership roles and strong HSE background.Report directly to OIM and company site rep, to whom they will comment about the supervised works on daily basis
