Job description Atlas NextWave is currently seeking an experienced Oiler to join our client’s semi-submersible crane vessel operating in the UK North Sea.This opportunity offers either a 5-week or 10-week assignment, depending on the successful candidate’s preference.The Oiler is responsible for assisting the Engineers and Mechanics with watchkeeping, repair, overhaul and routine maintenance work on machinery and heavy lift equipment. Performs daily equipment maintenance, general housekeeping and cleaning of Engine Room and machinery spaces as directed by the Engineer and for carrying out such orders in accordance with the applicable procedures in a safe manner.Certification required:BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBSOGUK MedicalSeafarer MedicalSTCW Certificate of Proficiency Security AwarenessSeaman’s BookValid PassportRight to Work in the UK or hold UK Frontier Worker Permit
