Our client is seeking a Project Manager for a fiber optic cable project. This is a primarily remote position, with some occaisional travel as required. This role will usher the project from pre-planning to execution, leading the project team. Applicants must be based in the US and have experience with cable projects.
Job description Responsibilities:Direct full lifecycle operations from site assessments and initial walk-throughs to final system acceptance and closeout packages. Oversee the project’s financial health, manage capital expenditures, track subcontractor invoicing, and optimize material/labor allocations.Supervise and coordinate contractors to maintain real-time oversight of construction progress.Proactively eliminate project roadblocks and ensure all builds comply with safety and industry standards.Qualifications:Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship5+ years of project management experience, specifically managing cable projects
