The Cargo Supervisor will exhibit a high standard of leadership, supervisory and safety behavi ours and will ensure that all aspects of Cargo and Cargo Utility systems operations and supervision are carried out effectively. Delegated tasks will be monitored and controlled formally and effectively.

Job description Minimum qualifications as per STCW II/2 Chief Officer of ships of 3000gt or more3 years Crude Oil tankers experience (VLCC preferable)as OOW ( Officer on Watch) – Chief Officer experience desirable.Previous FPSO experience would be an advantage.Medically fit to offshore International standards.Prepare, Monitor and Mantain Marine and Cargo OperationsContribute to Tank Entry, Inspection and Maintenance ActivitiesLiaise effectively with all relevant onshore and offshore departments.Promote safety awareness and application of the Management System regarding immediate safety of personnel(PTW/Risk assessments/inspections).Ensure timely and effective close-out of relevant survey and audit action items.Ensure timely and effective contributions to reporting and investigation of all incidents where required.Developing critical situations (operational, weather, equipment failure, leaks, fires personnel etc) are identified andpositive action is taken to limit escalation and to maintain control using applied policies or p rocedures or initiativeControlled process discharges from area of responsibility to the environment are within prescribed limits.
