Job description We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage core accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, job allocations, and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting operational decision making.ResponsibilitiesComplete monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliationsOversee job cost allocations and ensure accurate project accountingPrepare journal entries and support month end closeMaintain general ledger accuracy and complianceSupport budgeting, forecasting, and audit activitiesUse advanced Excel to analyze and interpret financial dataImprove processes and strengthen internal controlsOther duties as assignedOversee the fixed asset lifecycle, including recording additions/disposals and preparing accurate monthly depreciation schedules. RequirementsDegree in Accounting/Finance3+ years of accounting experienceStrong Excel skills and attention to detailExperience with job costing or project based accounting a plusExperience with Microsoft Business Central a plus
