V.Ships Leisure is looking for Maitre D’Hotel on behalf of Orient Express Sailing Yachts.The Maître D’ oversees and manages the performance of selected food venues. Acting as the conductor, the Maître D’ ensures a smooth and seamless food & beverage operation while ensuring the service team is performing at the highest level and is able to engage and create memorable moments for guests. The Maître D’ greets customers, supervises restaurant staff and ensures that top quality standards of service are met. The Maitre D also supervises the crew mess operation on a rotational basis.
