• Job details: We are hiring an Assistant QHSSE Superintendent to support the QHSSE and marine assurance activities for a Qatar-based fleet. The role is suited to maritime professionals with shore-based QHSSE, marine operations, or safety experience, along with a strong understanding of vessel safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Shore-based experience is preferred for this position, while sailing experience will be an added advantage. The Assistant QHSSE Superintendent will support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s Safety Management System, vessel inspections, incident investigations, risk management, crew training, and regulatory compliance. The role will involve close coordination with vessels and shore-based teams to ensure effective implementation of QHSSE standards and procedures.
