Job details: Good Winds Marine Services is currently recruiting Shop Attendant for RO-RO PAX Requirements: – Valid Seaman’s Book; – STCW Certificates; – Valid Passport; – Medical Certificate; – Visa (preferred but not mandatory); – English proficiency (minimum B1 level); – Italian language skills are highly preferred; – French language skills are considered an advantage; – Contract Duration: 4 months +/- 1 months. Key Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Onboard Shop Manager, the Shop Attendant will be responsible for: – Delivering excellent customer service while maximizing onboard shop sales. – Informing guests about current promotions, special offers, and shopping benefits. – Ensuring merchandise is correctly priced, displayed, replenished, and protected against theft. – Monitoring inventory and maintaining accurate stock levels in accordance with company procedures. – Loading and unloading merchandise and keeping the stockroom organized, safe, and well-managed to prevent losses.
