• Job details: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, optimisation, and ongoing support of SuccessFactors across the South Asia region. The role will work closely with HR, IT, talent acquisition, learning and development, and senior management teams to ensure effective HR system operations, user adoption, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement across multiple countries. The HRIS Analyst will support SuccessFactors across multiple HR modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruitment, and Onboarding. The role involves system configuration, project support, troubleshooting, reporting, change management, data security, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
