• Job details: The Crewing Officer will be responsible for planning, sourcing, deploying, and administering qualified seafarers and offshore personnel for offshore support and diving support vessels. The role will ensure vessels are appropriately crewed in line with Safe Manning requirements, client requirements, and applicable Flag State, DG Shipping, and international regulations. The role involves end-to-end crew planning, recruitment, deployment, certification, compliance, training coordination, payroll inputs, welfare support, and crew reporting. The Crewing Officer will work closely with the Crewing Manager, vessel Masters, technical and operations teams, manning agents, clients, medical providers, travel agencies, and authorities.
