Housekeeping Utility
-Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience in preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship.-Maintains cleanliness of public areas, crew areas, officer cabins, and restrooms (vacuuming, dusting, polishing, sanitizing, floor care, and waste removal).-Provides cabin services including turn-down service, laundry/valet support, and luggage handling.-Handles cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper use, storage, and inventory control.-Supports ship operations through embarkation/disembarkation duties, towel and umbrella distribution, wheelchair assistance, and requisition management.-Ensures compliance with sanitation, public health, outbreak response, and company policies and procedures.-Delivers excellent guest service, addresses concerns professionally, and maintains effective communication with guests and crew.-Participates in training, teamwork, and onboarding of new staff while maintaining high performance standards.-Assists with maintenance, reports equipment issues, minimizes waste, and promotes cost awareness.-Upholds professionalism, confidentiality, grooming standards, and company code of conduct at all times.-Performs additional duties as assigned by management-Good English communication skills required.-Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are preferred.
