Job description Data AnalystRole SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Execution Data Analyst who can take baseline data from field surveys, inspections, and gap analysis and turn it into structured work packages and execution plans. (required)* Demonstrated experience building automated, scheduled Power BI reports (Power BI Service, dataflows, gateways).* Advanced Excel skills, including macros and VBA.* Experience turning field survey, inspection, or baseline data into work packages, execution plans, or schedule and variance tracking.* Background cleaning and structuring large or inconsistent datasets.* Strong data analysis ability and a track record of turning messy data into reliable, repeatable reporting on a set cadence.* Experience establishing reporting governance, controls, and documentation.* Self-directed work style, able to build structure fast and show measurable progress in the first few weeks.Nice to Have* SQL and database querying.* Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.* Experience with operational, maintenance, or work order data (CMMS or ERP exports). What Success Looks LikeIn the first 2 to 3 weeks, you will have built out the reporting and execution-tracking structure, integrated it with SharePoint, and demonstrated early progress to stakeholders. By the end of the engagement, you will have delivered a fully automated process that turns baseline data into execution plans and runs daily, weekly, and biweekly reporting on schedule, with governance and controls in place and minimal manual upkeep.
