• Recruiter: JP Oil Holdings, LLCThe Driller/Head Well Puller is responsible for the operation of the workover floor. He/she instructs, supervises, and evaluates the activities of the Well Pullers. The Driller/Head Well Puller works closely under the supervision of the Tool Pusher or the Rig Supervisor to ensure that the workover operations occur in a smooth, efficient, and safe manner. He/she is responsible for the compliance to company policy as well as company safety guidelines and procedures. He/she must regularly communicate verbally with the Tool Pusher or Rig Supervisor, other company representatives, and employees.
