Project ManagerOur client is a leading international organization supporting the development and long-term success of major energy and infrastructure projects worldwide seeking a Project Manager to lead complex renewable energy assignments across South Korea and selected regional markets. This role will involve managing client engagements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting strategic decision-making throughout the lifecycle of large-scale energy projects.

Job description Key ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal subject matter experts.Coordinate the contribution of specialists across multiple technical and commercial disciplines.Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to support project objectives.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.Conduct project reviews and contribute to the assessment of development, construction, and operational activities.Participate in site visits and stakeholder engagement activities as required.Assist with proposal development and client relationship management activities.Identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.Support business growth initiatives within the renewable energy sector.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Business, Energy, Infrastructure, or a related field.Fluent Korean and English communication skills.Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively within international and multidisciplinary teams.Experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial projects, or related sectors.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Preferred BackgroundExposure to offshore wind, renewable energy, infrastructure, power generation, or major capital projects.Experience working with developers, asset owners, contractors, consultants, or institutional stakeholders.Strong client-facing and project leadership capabilities.Commercial awareness and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
