Job description Atlas NextWave is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Engineer to join our client’s seismic vessel operating within 12 nautical miles of the UK coast from 1st July to 12th August.Due to the location of the work, applicants must be either a UK national or hold a valid Frontier Worker Permit.RequirementsThe successful candidate must hold:CoC – 2nd Engineer (III/2 Unlimited)STCW Basic Safety TrainingAdvanced Fire FightingProficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (PSCRB) – excluding Fast Rescue CraftDesignated Security Duties (DSD)Valid Seafarer MedicalPassportEssentialPrevious experience sailing as a 2nd EngineerAvailability from 1st July to 12th AugustUK national or a valid Frontier Worker PermitIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in being considered, please get in touch with an updated CV and copies of your certificates.
