Job description Atlas NextWave is currently recruiting for an Apprentice Barge Officer to join one of our clients Hopper Split Barges on a UK project.This position offers a 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation.Requirements:STCW CoC Officer in Charge of a Navigational Watch (II/1)Valid STCW Basic Safety TrainingValid ENG1 or equivalent Seafarer’s MedicalValid PassportSecurity CertificatePreferred Experience:Previous experience on dredgers, multicats and/or tug boats would be advantageous.Important: Due to the location of the work, applicants must either be UK Nationals or hold a valid Frontier Worker Permit.Apply today to be considered.
