• Job description: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Mooring Master to join a leading offshore oil and gas operation. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background as Chief Officer, Chief Mate, Master Mariner or Loading Master, combined with experience in large Oil Tankers, FPSOs and offshore crude oil transfer operations.Key Responsibilities:Support and supervise tanker mooring and unmooring operations during offshore loading activities.Coordinate vessel movements and marine operations with Masters, Chief Officers and marine stakeholders.Monitor crude oil loading, offloading and transfer operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.Verify compliance with marine safety procedures, operational standards and environmental requirements.Prepare operational reports and provide support during audits, inspections and emergency response activities.Requirements:Mandatory Requirements:Valid STCW II/2 Certificate of Competency (Chief Mate or Master Mariner).Minimum 3 years of experience onboard Oil Tankers.Previous experience as Chief Officer, Chief Mate, Master Mariner or equivalent marine leadership position.Proven experience onboard large Oil Tankers and/or FPSOs.Experience with crude oil loading, offloading or cargo transfer operations.Advanced English proficiency.Preferred Requirements:Previous FPSO or FSO experience.Loading Master experience.Mooring operations experience.Crude oil export operations experience.Aframax, Suezmax or VLCC tanker exposure.Tandem offloading experience.Experience supporting offshore marine terminal operations.If you have experience onboard large Oil Tankers, FPSO operations, offshore marine activities and crude oil transfer operations, we would like to hear from you.Click “Apply Now” and become part of a world-class offshore operation.We look forward to connecting with dedicated maritime professionals who are eager to continue developing their careers in the offshore industry.
