• Job description: We are seeking an experienced Cargo Supervisor to join a leading offshore oil and gas operation. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in FPSOs, Crude Oil Tankers and offshore cargo operations, including loading, offloading and crude oil transfer activities.The role requires close coordination with marine, production and attending tanker personnel to maintain safe cargo transfer operations and compliance with company procedures.Key Responsibilities:Supervise crude oil loading, offloading and tanker export operations.Monitor cargo, ballast and tank management activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.Coordinate cargo transfer activities between the FPSO and attending vessels.Ensure compliance with operational procedures, marine safety requirements and environmental standards.Prepare operational reports and support audits, inspections and emergency response activities.Requirements:Mandatory Requirements:Valid STCW II/2 Certificate of Competency (Chief Mate or Master Mariner).Minimum 3 years of experience onboard Crude Oil Tankers.Previous experience as Chief Officer, Chief Mate, Cargo Supervisor, Cargo Operator or equivalent position.Proven experience onboard large Oil Tankers and/or FPSOs.Experience with crude oil loading, offloading and cargo transfer operations.Knowledge of ballast operations, tank management and cargo monitoring systems.Advanced English proficiency.Preferred Requirements:Previous FPSO or FSO experience.Experience with large export tankers.Experience on Aframax, Suezmax or VLCC tankers.Crude oil export operations experience.Experience with COW (Crude Oil Washing) operations.Experience with inert gas, ballast and cargo control systems.Experience supporting offshore marine terminal operations.If you have experience onboard large Oil Tankers, FPSOs and crude oil cargo operations, we would like to hear from you.Click “Apply Now” and become part of a world-class offshore operation.We look forward to connecting with experienced professionals who are passionate about offshore cargo operations and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
