Description:Responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage and dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand CircleCruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:Providing professional food and beverage service in dining room and lounge areaResponsible for the “mise en place” and hygiene of dining room and related areasResponsible for assigned station of approximately 45 guestsRelieving Restaurant Manager during his/her absenceAny other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager
