Work Function & Responsibilities :
– Operates, maintains equipment, china, glassware, and other galley items as well as dishwashing areas- Responsible in Galley Cleanliness and Sanitation- Monitoring & maintain onboard sanitation and hygiene standard for impeccable cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness- Clean all kitchen equipment and machines. Assists with transporting food, provision, china, and other supplies as needed.Requirements :
