The role will act as a Technical Authority for Marine Engines & Propulsion, supporting service projects, field teams, customers, and internal technical functions. The ideal candidate should have a process-enhancement mindset, strong technical leadership capabilities, and a passion for solving complex engineering problems and building technical capability within the organization.
