• Job details: We are looking for a hands-on Field Engineer – IT to provide onsite installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for IT infrastructure at customer locations and onboard vessels. The role requires practical expertise across servers, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, firewalls, CCTV, and vessel IT systems, along with the ability to handle escalated technical issues independently. The Field Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining IT infrastructure and related systems onboard vessels and at customer sites. The role involves frequent travel, direct customer interaction, coordination with vessel crews and remote support teams, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of deployed systems.
