• Job details: The Vessel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day technical, operational, and budgetary management of assigned bulk and container vessels. The role will ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective vessel performance while coordinating closely with shipboard teams, owners, charterers, technical departments, HSEQ teams, and other shore-based stakeholders. The Vessel Manager will act as the primary link between the vessel and shore office, overseeing vessel performance, technical issues, maintenance, dry dockings, repairs, inspections, audits, budgets, procurement, and regulatory compliance. The role will also support emergency response, continuous improvement, and overall fleet performance.
