• Job details: We are hiring a Vessel Manager for a leading global ship management organisation in Mumbai. The role is suited to experienced marine engineering professionals with container vessel experience and strong technical management capabilities. Candidates with relevant shore-based experience will be preferred. The organisation operates a large and modern containership fleet, including dual-fuel vessels. The Vessel Manager will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and economical operation of assigned vessels, providing shore-based technical guidance to vessel teams and overseeing maintenance, repairs, compliance, budgeting, and vessel performance. The role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate effectively between ship and shore teams.
