• Job details: Key duties include housekeeping, laundry services, assisting the chef in food preparation and serving, managing provisions, and ensuring proper waste disposal. This role is vital for promoting a clean, hygienic, and comfortable living environment for the ship’s crew, contributing to overall morale and operational efficiency. Minimum Requirements Valid certificates according to STCW 2010 amendments. Good communication and reporting skills. Basic command in English. Good interpersonal skills. Familiarity with food safety, sanitation standards, and proper cleaning practices Understanding basic food preparation, storage, and handling procedure Awareness of maritime regulations and procedures for waste disposal Personal Documents Required: Approved medical certificate Passport Seamans book US C1/D Visa Yellow fever vaccination/vaccination booklet Beneficial Experiences Experience in sailing with multi-national crew.
